1. Services Provided
1.1 Globalized.world provides intermediary and support services that may include:
- Assisting overseas buyers to source and purchase products from Chinese platforms such as Taobao, 1688, Alibaba, JD, and Xiaohongshu (Rednote)
- Supplier communication, negotiation assistance, and basic verification
- Secure storage of purchased goods in China for up to 60 days free of charge
- Consolidation of multiple orders into a single shipment
- Coordination of international shipping to destinations worldwide, including but not limited to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
1.2 We act as a service agent and logistics coordinator and are not the manufacturer, seller, or exporter of the goods unless explicitly stated.
1.3 All services are subject to availability, pricing, supplier conditions, and applicable laws.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal, delivery, and payment information
- Ensure that all products requested are legal, compliant, and permitted for import into your destination country
- Comply with all applicable customs, tax, and import regulations
- Promptly notify us of any changes to contact or delivery details
Failure to comply may result in delays, additional costs, or refusal of service.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payments must be made using approved payment methods prior to service execution.
3.2 All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change prior to confirmation.
3.3 Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Delayed sourcing or shipping
- Order cancellation
- Storage or administrative fees
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping times vary based on:
- Shipping method (air, sea, or express)
- Destination country
- Carrier performance and customs clearance
4.2 Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed.
4.3 Globalized.world is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Carrier disruptions or force majeure events
- Incorrect information provided by the user
4.4 Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, volume (CBM), destination, and shipping method.
5. Storage Policy
5.1 We provide up to 60 days of free warehouse storage from the date goods arrive at our facility.
5.2 Goods stored beyond the free period may incur additional storage fees, subject to customer approval.
5.3 We are not liable for damage, deterioration, or loss resulting from extended storage beyond agreed terms or from factors beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns, Refunds & Claims
6.1 Shipping fees and service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
6.2 For missing, damaged, or defective items, we may assist in communication with suppliers; however, we do not guarantee refunds or replacements unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6.3 All claims must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We take reasonable care in handling goods and coordinating services.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globalized.world is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Supplier misconduct or manufacturing defects
7.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees paid for the affected transaction.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of Globalized.world or licensed for use.
8.2 Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination of Services
9.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you:

- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
- Fail to pay outstanding fees
9.2 Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable.

10.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guangzhou, China for any disputes arising under these Terms.
