Terms & Conditions – Product Sourcing & Factory Verification Services

Effective Date: 15 December 2025

By submitting a product request, sourcing inquiry, or using any sourcing-related services on Globalized.world (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the Customer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Scope of Services

1.1 Globalized.world provides product sourcing, supplier research, factory verification, negotiation assistance, quality control coordination, warehousing, consolidation, and international shipping support from China.

1.2 We act as a service intermediary and sourcing agent, not as the manufacturer, seller, or exporter of the products.


2. Customer Responsibility for Product Information

2.1 Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete product information, including but not limited to:

  • Product URLs or reference images
  • Product name and description
  • Quantity
  • Size, color, model, or variant
  • Technical specifications, compatibility, or compliance requirements

2.2 Globalized.world is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Customer.

2.3 Once the Customer confirms product details, responsibility for accuracy transfers fully to the Customer.


3. Supplier Platforms & Third-Party Risk

3.1 Products may be sourced from third-party platforms including but not limited to Alibaba, 1688, Taobao, JD, Xiaohongshu (Rednote), and independent factories.

3.2 Prices, availability, specifications, and supplier behavior on third-party platforms may change without notice.

3.3 Globalized.world is not responsible for:

  • Price fluctuations
  • Stock shortages
  • Platform errors
  • Supplier delays or changes

3.4 Any third-party fees (domestic shipping, platform fees, taxes) are borne by the Customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.


4. Factory Verification & Due Diligence

4.1 We conduct reasonable verification checks including business licenses, supplier classification (factory vs trading company), and basic certification review where applicable.

4.2 Verification does not guarantee future performance, product quality consistency, or regulatory acceptance in the Customer’s country.

4.3 Customers remain responsible for confirming whether products meet their local regulatory, safety, and import requirements.


5. Samples, Quality Control & Production

5.1 Samples may be shipped to the Customer or inspected at our warehouse based on Customer preference.

5.2 Sample inspections and QC checks are visual and functional only unless a higher-level inspection service is purchased.

5.3 Minor variations between samples and mass production may occur and are considered normal manufacturing tolerance.

5.4 Globalized.world is not liable for internal manufacturing defects unless explicitly covered by a paid inspection service.


6. Pricing, Payments & Fees

6.1 All prices provided are indicative only until final confirmation.

6.2 Customers agree to pay:

  • Product cost
  • Service fees
  • Domestic China shipping (if applicable)
  • International shipping
  • Taxes, duties, and customs charges

6.3 Full payment must be received before purchase or production proceeds.

6.4 Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.


7. Order Amendments & Cancellation

7.1 Customers may request amendments or cancellation within 15 hours of submission and before purchasing begins.

7.2 Once purchasing, sampling, or production has started:

  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Service fees are non-refundable

7.3 Errors caused by Customer-provided information are not eligible for refunds.


8. Warehousing & Consolidation

8.1 Globalized.world provides up to 60 days of free storage unless otherwise stated.

8.2 Goods not shipped within the storage period may incur additional storage fees.

8.3 Consolidation is performed to reduce shipping cost but may involve repacking, which can alter original packaging.


9. Shipping, Customs & Import Responsibility

9.1 Globalized.world assists with logistics coordination but does not control customs authorities or shipping carriers.

9.2 Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Import legality
  • Customs clearance
  • Duties, VAT, GST, or taxes
  • Compliance with local laws

9.3 We are not liable for:

  • Customs delays or seizure
  • Carrier delays or damage
  • Import refusal

10. Prohibited & Restricted Products

10.1 Customers must not submit products that are:

  • Illegal
  • Counterfeit
  • Restricted
  • Dangerous or prohibited by carriers or local law

10.2 Globalized.world reserves the right to refuse any order involving prohibited items.

10.3 Payments made for prohibited items may be forfeited.


11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Globalized.world is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Supplier misconduct

11.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific order.


12. Optional Services

12.1 Optional services may include:

  • Advanced inspections
  • Factory audits
  • Insurance
  • Compliance checks

12.2 These services are voluntary and billed separately.


13. Currency & Conversion

13.1 Currency conversions displayed are estimates only.

13.2 Final charges may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.


14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication.

14.2 Globalized.world reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms.


15. Acceptance of Terms

15.1 By submitting a sourcing request or checking the “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” box, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.

15.2 Orders submitted without acceptance will not be processed.
