Scope of Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1 Globalized.world provides <strong>product sourcing, supplier research, factory verification, negotiation assistance, quality control coordination, warehousing, consolidation, and international shipping support<\/strong> from China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2 We act as a <strong>service intermediary and sourcing agent<\/strong>, not as the manufacturer, seller, or exporter of the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Customer Responsibility for Product Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Customers are solely responsible for providing <strong>accurate and complete product information<\/strong>, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product URLs or reference images<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product name and description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Size, color, model, or variant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical specifications, compatibility, or compliance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 Globalized.world is <strong>not liable for errors<\/strong> resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3 Once the Customer confirms product details, responsibility for accuracy transfers fully to the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Supplier Platforms &amp; Third-Party Risk<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 Products may be sourced from third-party platforms including but not limited to <strong>Alibaba, 1688, Taobao, JD, Xiaohongshu (Rednote)<\/strong>, and independent factories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2 Prices, availability, specifications, and supplier behavior on third-party platforms may change without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3 Globalized.world is <strong>not responsible<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Price fluctuations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stock shortages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Platform errors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier delays or changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4 Any third-party fees (domestic shipping, platform fees, taxes) are borne by the Customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Factory Verification &amp; Due Diligence<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1 We conduct reasonable verification checks including business licenses, supplier classification (factory vs trading company), and basic certification review <strong>where applicable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2 Verification does <strong>not guarantee<\/strong> future performance, product quality consistency, or regulatory acceptance in the Customer\u2019s country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3 Customers remain responsible for confirming whether products meet their <strong>local regulatory, safety, and import requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Samples, Quality Control &amp; Production<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1 Samples may be shipped to the Customer or inspected at our warehouse based on Customer preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2 Sample inspections and QC checks are <strong>visual and functional only<\/strong> unless a higher-level inspection service is purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3 Minor variations between samples and mass production may occur and are considered normal manufacturing tolerance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.4 Globalized.world is <strong>not liable for internal manufacturing defects<\/strong> unless explicitly covered by a paid inspection service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Pricing, Payments &amp; Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1 All prices provided are <strong>indicative only<\/strong> until final confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2 Customers agree to pay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product cost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Domestic China shipping (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International shipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taxes, duties, and customs charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>6.3 Full payment must be received before purchase or production proceeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.4 <strong>Service fees are non-refundable<\/strong> once work has commenced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Order Amendments &amp; Cancellation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1 Customers may request amendments or cancellation <strong>within 15 hours<\/strong> of submission and <strong>before purchasing begins<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2 Once purchasing, sampling, or production has started:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders cannot be canceled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service fees are non-refundable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7.3 Errors caused by Customer-provided information are <strong>not eligible for refunds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Warehousing &amp; Consolidation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>8.1 Globalized.world provides up to <strong>60 days of free storage<\/strong> unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.2 Goods not shipped within the storage period may incur additional storage fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.3 Consolidation is performed to reduce shipping cost but may involve repacking, which can alter original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Shipping, Customs &amp; Import Responsibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>9.1 Globalized.world assists with logistics coordination but does <strong>not control customs authorities or shipping carriers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.2 Customers are fully responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Import legality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customs clearance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duties, VAT, GST, or taxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with local laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>9.3 We are not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customs delays or seizure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier delays or damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import refusal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Prohibited &amp; Restricted Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>10.1 Customers must not submit products that are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Illegal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Counterfeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restricted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dangerous or prohibited by carriers or local law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>10.2 Globalized.world reserves the right to <strong>refuse any order<\/strong> involving prohibited items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.3 Payments made for prohibited items may be forfeited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>11.1 Globalized.world is not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indirect or consequential losses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lost profits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business interruption<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier misconduct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>11.2 Our maximum liability is limited to <strong>the service fee paid<\/strong> for the specific order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Optional Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>12.1 Optional services may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advanced inspections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Factory audits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance checks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>12.2 These services are voluntary and billed separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. Currency &amp; Conversion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>13.1 Currency conversions displayed are <strong>estimates only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13.2 Final charges may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>14.1 Parties agree to first attempt resolution through <strong>direct communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14.2 Globalized.world reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>15.1 By submitting a sourcing request or checking the <strong>\u201cI agree to the Terms &amp; Conditions\u201d<\/strong> box, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15.2 Orders submitted without acceptance will not be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>[End of Terms &amp;
